Delivery Process
Delivery of firewood is made by a 3rd party pallet delivery service. When you place your order please select a delivery method and desired delivery date and preferred time slot (additional fee for timed deliveries). This information will then be provided to the our trusted delivery partners who will fulfill your order. If for any reason the delivery company is unable to meet your desired delivery date (or if you did not select one at checkout), we will be in contact with alternative options.
1. Place your order and immediately receive a confirmation email containing your delivery information.
2. Our 3rd party delivery service will arrive at your home or business on your selected delivery date. We will be in contact if there are any delays in service or if you did not specify a particular delivery date during checkout.
3. Typically, the delivery of firewood will takes between 3 and 10 days. Please note that we do not offer a log stacking service, it is a kerbside delivery, the delivery company will unload the firewood and position it next to your property.

Access Constraints
Delivery is by a third party pallet network on a heavy goods vehicle with a tail lift & you must have access for a vehicle of this size. Your order arrives on a pallet (which cannot be returned, so feel free to use as kindling), the pallet is maneuvered via a pump truck to your designated kerbside area. The courier will complete a kerbside delivery. It is the discretion of the driver if they can or will place in any other areas.
The pump truck can only be maneuvered on a smooth surface e.g Tarmac driveway or path. They cannot deliver over gravel, cobbles, gradients, kerbs or large lips or edges. The width of your palletised order is 1.2m wide by 1.2m long and access to your delivery area will accommodate this. If the delivery driver cannot complete the delivery due to any of the unsuitable conditions mentioned above or you are not there to sign for it (if you have not accepted to receive without signature), we will not be liable for the failed delivery.
PLEASE NOTE, REFUSAL OF DELIVERY OR A FAILED DELIVERY DUE TO NON ADHERENCE TO THE T & C’S AT THE CHECKOUT WILL INCUR A FEE OF £50.

If you are ordering firewood outside of the Greater London area, please order your kiln dried logs from our national website to place your and your delivery will be made following the same process. We deliver to almost all areas of mainland UK, free of charge.
